In December 2008 I was convicted of a huge fraud that I did not do and spent 3 1/2 years in prison. For 13 years I have been quiet hoping the justice system would come good but enough is enough. The criminal justice system has failed me and continues to fail me. I beleive in order to cover up mistakes that governments and high ranking officials have made, they made me a scapegoat.
Now after seving 3 1/2 in prison for something I did not do they want to put me back in any way they can.
I need the help of the public now.

This snippet of evidence quite clearly shows that City & Guilds lied to the News of The World in 2001 then lied to the police in 2004 then lied to the court in 2008 and continue the lie today hiding behind my conviction. The 2 documents I have scanned and placed below are genuine and come direct from the internal computer system of City & Guilds, there are many 100s of other similar documents proving that they had lied and my company actually did have their permission and accreditation
I was found guilty of saying/advertising that my collage the National Distance Learning Collage was accredited to City & Guilds. The papers, the police and the courts and indeed the public were told by City & Guilds that it was not and because of their lies my wife was sent to prison and so was I for 7 years. Have a look at their lies below.
This first piece of evidence that proves City & Guilds was lying, Show the City & Guild call centre manager asking a question to a senior City & Guilds member of staff. She asks what her call centre team should say if they were to get an inquiry about my collage The NDLC. See for yourself what he said proving that we were accredited and could offer City & Guilds qualifications.

Then some 2 years latter City & Guild were interviewed by the police. The police outlined a few question. I presume the obvious one would have been,” have you given Mr Smallmans collage permission to advertise that they are accredited and can offer City & Guilds qualification2? You will see from the document below which is a City & Guild internal report to the bosses of City & Guilds, that they explain what went on in the meeting with the police. I have scanned 2 pages the first to show you who was present at the meeting, at the top of the scan and the 2nd to show you the conclusion of the meeting. It is this conclusion I want to draw to your attention. Ask yourself these questions after reading the conclusion. Why did City & Guild send the police away happily convinced that they had not given me and my collage permission, when 2 years earlier they were telling their staff on how to address calls about us and telling the public that we were accredited for all 4 courses? Do you still think I am guilty? Do you think that there was a miscarriage of justice and maybe I should not of been sent to prison and may be someone at City & Guild should have been?
